Windmill Practice complies with Federal and NSW privacy regulations. If you would like further information about our privacy policy, please ask. We do not collect or use any personal information on visitors to our website, through the use of “cookies” or other software or hardware techniques. Windmill Practice has made some changes to many things to ensure that we keep our patients and staff safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please ensure that you let staff know about any respiratory symptoms you are experiencing. If you have a fever or any respiratory symptoms or have been to a COVID hotspot or had any contact with a possible case of COVID – in addition to alerting our staff, please wear a mask.  You may be asked to call from the car park to let us know you have arrived.  We ask that extra people do not attend appointments unless it is essential, eg 1 parent with 1 child only please.  Thank you to everyone for being so supportive and embracing the changes.

We are temporarily closed for transfers from other practices within Tamworth.  We have limited capacity to accept registrations from people who are new to the area and don’t have a local GP.
To enquire about registration, please telephone the practice or download and return the completed Registration and Request for Medical Records forms. To ensure that we provide good continuity of care we prefer to obtain your medical records before your initial appointment if possible.

For current patients who would like to start using the Best Health App to make it easier for us to stay in touch with you – please download the App from Google Play or the App Store and return the “current patients update details” form which includes consent for us to communicate with you via the App.

We continue to have good supplies of the Astra-Zeneca COVID-19 Vaccine which is recommended for all people who are 60 and over. If you have any questions or concerns you should discuss these with your usual GP. We have limited supplies of the Pfizer vaccine which will only be given during designated clinics to patients who meet the current eligibility guidelines. If you are not a Windmill Practice patient you should bring a health summary to your appointment. Please follow the link to check your eligibility and only book in for a vaccine that you are eligible to receive.
