Windmill Practice is a modern, purpose built medical facility located within the Windmill Hill Estate, a convenient 3 km north of the CBD. Its mission is to provide holistic, comprehensive care to individuals and families with a commitment to high quality care.
Windmill Practice will provide for acute and chronic health care needs and focus heavily on preventative measures and family well being. Windmill Practice is within 3 minutes of the private and public hospitals and 2 pharmacies. Local imaging, pathology and allied health services are all located within 5 minutes of the practice and there is an onsite pathology service available. Windmill Practice is also in close proximity to Northgate Shopping Centre, the CBD, schools, child care and aged care services.
Windmill Practice has made some changes to many things to ensure that we keep our patients and staff safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please ensure that you let staff know about any respiratory symptoms you are experiencing. You may be asked to call from the car park to let us know you have arrived. We ask that extra people do not attend appointments unless it is essential, eg 1 parent with 1 child only please. Please wear a mask when you are attending the practice. We are delighted that Dr Fariba Barazandeh is joining the Windmill Practice team in January 2021 and we have started accepting registrations for patients who would like to see her.
To enquire about registration, please telephone the practice or download and return the completed Registration and Request for Medical Records forms. To ensure that we provide good continuity of care we prefer to obtain your medical records before your initial appointment if possible. Our other GPs are currently closed for new patient registrations.
For current patients who would like to start using the Best Health App to make it easier for us to stay in touch with you – please download the App from Google Play or the App Store and return the “current patients update details” form which includes consent for us to communicate with you via the App.
